1. Carrier & Processing Time

All orders ship via Canada Post. We aim to ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of order placement. Delivery standards exclude the day of mailing, weekends, and statutory holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes (Canada)

Most orders are delivered in 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on distance and service level. Remote or non-major urban areas may take longer.

3. Tracking & Notifications

• When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number and link.

• You can also opt in to Canada Post delivery updates for ongoing email/SMS notifications tied to your tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service. Free Standard shipping within Canada on orders over $99 (before tax).

5. Wrong/Undeliverable Address

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can refund the item price (less original shipping) or reship to a corrected address (new shipping fee applies).

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with neighbors/building staff and contact us within 5 days.

• Damaged on arrival: Contact us with photos within 48 hours—we’ll make it right.

• Unusually delayed: If your parcel is 10+ business days beyond the estimate, reach out and we’ll investigate or arrange a replacement.
